Our old heater needed replacing. The first thing that attracted me to this model was the handle. My old heater didn't have a handle and that was dangerous because it got hot from the outside and we always ran the risk of burning our fingers or dropping it. When I received it, I realized that there is more to this little heater. It's pretty quiet. There are two practical dials on the top. One has high and low fan speeds and a fan only setting. The other dial acts as a thermostat. You can install it according to your needs. The instructions recommend just three minutes of cooling with a fan after each use. We don't always do this, but it makes sense and will likely help it last longer. It heats up quickly and is more than sufficient for our large bathroom. The switch that turns it off when it rolls over works well. The grip is great and doesn't get hot. The only complaint is that the cable is a bit short for our situation (46 inches long). It doesn't reach from the plug, which is above the counter, to the floor. We solved this problem by placing the heater on a small shelf. It would be nice if we had an outlet closer to the floor. Overall we are very happy with the new heater.
