The computer performed as expected. We plugged it in and it worked really well. But as soon as we turned it off, everything stopped working and it became clear that the battery wasn't holding a charge. We called tech support and they confirmed we need to return it. The return and refund process was easy and relatively quick. I gave it three stars as the computer wasn't working but they followed the return and refund policy with no issues. We ordered another refurbished MacBook Pro because we value the cost savings and know from experience that if it doesn't work properly, return and refund is no problem. Of course it would be nice if it worked the first time.
