Convenient but not for frequent use of stowed items

The velcro strap does not fold when worn so you cannot access your phone during a workout unless you want to stop and redirect. Otherwise it's good enough for long runs / climbing sessions / storing keys, cards and phones that don't need to be used until you're ready to take them off. Very convenient.

If you have bicepts this phone holder won't work unless you are a very small person or kid
