This couch cover is really nice! It's made very well and it looks good, too. The stitching is perfect - high quality workmanship!I really like that the material is water-resistant.The fabric is soft and comfortable, and I'm glad that it can be washed in the washing machine.We're using this blanket on our couch at our lake home, more as a 'mattress pad' than as a dog protector. Sometimes the couch is used for someone to sleep on when we have extra guests. Rather than sleeping directly on the couch, or on just sheets on the couch, we put this blanket down first, then add sheets and a blanket. This couch cover covers the seating area and the back of the couch. It stays in place - without slipping all over - when you sleep on it.We also love using this blanket in the yard next to the lake. It's perfect for picnics, sunbathing, and just relaxing by the lake. It's thick enough that the wind doesn't blow it all around and it makes sitting on the ground more comfortable.I've also used this blanket in the back of my SUV when buying plants at the garden center. The blanket keeps any spilled soil on the blanket, and makes it very easy to clean the back of my truck.So many ways to use this blanket - including for pets!I've very happy with this couch cover, and definitely recommend it!
