Glutamine is really useful. I use it because I weight train and it kills your body. Glutamine helps your body release HGH (human growth hormone). Growth hormone helps burn fat and increase muscle mass. It also helps your body maintain (rather than break down) your muscles. It is also said to help the gastrointestinal tract function properly. This glutamine is great. There is no taste or smell. It can be mixed with anything without ruining the flavor. Just be careful not to heat it, as the glutamine shouldn't heat up. I add it to my pre and post workout shakes. I also add it to my smoothie before bed. The price is one of the best and so far it works the same as all the others I've tried.
