The interface is easy to use, but unfortunately, the functionality is somewhat lacking. If you are looking for a fully-featured, robust platform that allows you to automate everything from your eCommerce business to your customer engagement processes, then the platform might be perfect for you. However, if you're looking for something that is highly configurable and has the ability to adapt to your specific needs, you may be better off finding another solution. The software also does not provide any type of training, so you must learn how to use the tool on your own. This could be viewed as a positive, however, since you are learning new software, but it also means you will likely require more ongoing maintenance, especially as your organization grows.
