Review on Steadyrack Classic Rack Wall Mounted Solution by Brooke Rogers

Ok. The product is excellent, the instructions are wrong. Being new to installing a bike wall mount, I found the instructions poorly written. First let me say that I'm very good at levels and tools. The instructions give you the procedure to follow for placement and it made sense, but what they did is after the instructions they only mention that the bike needs to be 1-3 inches off the ground. DOES NOT mean that after marking the wall using the prescribed measurement method, you must measure 3 inches from the top to mark the areas for drilling and mounting. Yes, yes, I know. Anyone familiar with bike racks will say yes. but I was a beginner, the other two I installed went up within minutes. Needless to say it took some patching and painting to get it right. Sounds like a small thing, but a few extra words in the right place would go a long way. Despite my slight setback, I think this is one of the best bike wall mount designs out there.
