Review on Resilient Lightweight Rucksack offering Optimal Comfort by Catherine Dierdorff

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great quality for the price!

I'm someone who would rather spend more money on a quality product. I don't wear a lot of jewelry, but what I do wear is at least 14k gold, if not 18k gold. So when I bought a backpack I was looking for something durable. This backpack attracted me with its simple design and the fact that it is made out of genuine leather. I wasn't sure what the quality would be like but I gave it a go and I'm glad I did! This is a quality item that you won't need to spend any money on - the price is very reasonable. Comparable backpacks would probably cost twice as much, well over the $100 mark. It had an odor when it arrived and was quite amorphous as it was flattened and boxed, but these issues are easy to fix. I rubbed the backpack with leather conditioner and stuffed it with towels to get it back in shape. I think it looks amazing and I will be proud to use it for years to come! Bonus is that it matches my Frye leather boots :) The only criticism I have of this backpack is that the side pocket advertised as a possible bottle holder is not wide enough to hold every bottle. I can barely fit in my side pocket and I have small hands. I'll probably use this pocket for my phone or sunglasses, but it would be nice to have a water bottle pocket on the side. Overall I am very happy with this backpack and will recommend it to my friends. and family! Edited to add: The seller saw my review and immediately contacted me to explain that the leather on the side pockets will stretch and loosen over time to accommodate a regular sized bottle. I'll be happy if this happens and I'll try to stretch it a bit to speed it up, but I'm still very happy with the bag and appreciate the seller's communication and care.
