Compared to other cycling shorts I've had, I'm not entirely impressed with these. I have seen. - High waist so good coverage. Cons: - The size/shape is very strange. The legs are a little tight but the hips and waist are loose, and the waistband is not adjustable - I feel like the top of the shorts slips or rolls while riding - the grip part of the leg is too tight. - The padding area is placed oddly, with almost no padding in the front of the crotch (bad if you have a more aggressive riding position I think) and very thick padding in the back (which is probably great if you ride more upright). ) and I was hoping for a more even distribution of padding as I commute to work on my bike and often change position while riding depending on the terrain. They would be nice to wear under another pair of shorts or pants. I was really looking for a semi showy pair of cycling shorts to wear under skirts and dresses but this isn't it.
