Overall I am pleased with the work of this machine. It gives my hair density and volume. Changing the brushes is easy. Turning it on was a bit difficult the first time. He almost didn't want to turn to the on position. It's a little confusing as the bottom hits are stronger than medium settings, but I get around this by just using medium settings. For the manufacturer, it would help with styling if you could make the tip a little longer at the end. You have to be careful not to touch the hot part and sometimes you need a little more grip space. I was fortunate enough not to return but thought about finding someone else for my mum.
