No 110V and USB power is not turned off by the power button

No 110V power at power on. I plugged in various things that worked from the house mains, but nothing worked. Also shows 0V when turned on. Too bad I can't find another photo of this discharged unit to see if it's ok. Also, the USB power is still on when it's off and the screen is dark. Revain Technical Support for this product will not accept my phone number to call me back.
