Great upgrade to standard HT antennas

This little antenna seems to live up to the advertised increased gain (compared to the rubber ducky offered by portable devices of course ). This seems like a good value for 3 bands, although I haven't tested the field strength on the 220 band. It appears that the operator's body (or at least the hand) is used for part of the other end of the dipole, which is typical of HT antennas. (Field strength tests have shown this).
