I spend 8-10 hours a day on the computer. Surprisingly I didn't know they existed but when I discovered them I had to try them out of curiosity. I am very impressed. They are really effective at reducing sun glare and reducing eye strain from prolonged exposure to the screen. Overall, my eyes felt less tired and worn after a few hours of use. My eyesight is fine so I'm not used to wearing anything other than sunglasses, but I'm happy to report that they are comfortable enough for non-eyeglass wearers to wear for long periods of time . I feel a bit silly wearing them indoors as they look a bit like sunscreen, but I feel like the health of my eyes is way more important than what some idiot thinks I'm wearing, so... In terms of quality, I wouldn't call them flimsy, but I wouldn't call them fat either. If safely stored and cared for, they'll give you a reasonable amount of time before needing replacement, but they won't stand up to harsh conditions or abuse. Remember. I recommend them to anyone who wants to buy computer glasses!
