I have tried to install on a Windows 10 system several times as I have 4 in my family. Every problem is exactly the same, I couldn't get a print lock with any finger. Did all the troubleshooting procedures, installed and uninstalled the software, enabled and disabled, recoded the registry, ran sfc commands, changed nothing. Sent this reader back and bought a different brand and it worked the first time! Either this device was defective or it doesn't work with Windows 10. Hours lost when it should have lasted minutes, less than 10 to be exact. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays everyone!
