My daughter has an ordinary scooter, but she finds it difficult to keep her balance and confidence. I decided to get this for her to make her more comfortable on the scooter. She loves it! It's the perfect size for her (it's adjustable) and she thinks it's so cool that the wheels light up! I even rode it for a second and it held me up easily. However, the steering differs from a two-wheeled scooter. You steer by leaning in the direction you want, not by turning the steering wheel. In fact, I like it more because it helps her understand that she is in control and she gains more confidence.
