Damn I love this store accessory. It's like "Wow!" I can't speak to metals yet, but on oak and birch there's great bevel at 90psi. Easily adjustable. Supplied with carbide cutter. When working with hardwoods, I usually bevel with my palm to achieve an evenness that can be seen from several feet away. This bevel delivers an almost perfect result. Beveling of the wood grain to prevent splinters from detaching. Quite a pleasant surprise. The tool lasts forever. I like the palm size. Thinking ahead, I expect aluminum to require top speed and some coolant. For steel, it's roughly equivalent to the machine manual (there is no such thing as "high speed” machining of steel). Given the need for variable speed, I add a pressure regulator to a short lead hose for the best match for cutting speed on metal.
