Experience at Hicient Online Store Was Unsatisfactory

Although I had great expectations for the Hicient online store, I was disappointed with the quality of my purchases. Despite their assertions that they employ seasoned experts committed to offering the best customer service, I found their service to be subpar. It was challenging to contact their customer support staff, and when I did, they didn't seem particularly interested in answering my questions. I felt like a low-value client because of the unresponsiveness and lack of individualized assistance. I had high expectations for a business that takes great pride in its customer care. I won't be doing any more purchasing at Hicient.
