The ground terminal on the plug is defective.

Unfortunately, this single defect was found in an otherwise well-made product. I had to solder a nut to the ground terminal of the plug so I could tighten the ground wire. All other connections were fine. Now it is installed and working after my repair. The price was very reasonable too. Without this shortcoming, 5 stars would have been possible.
