Wall mounts don't work in drywall at all. I had to change them completely to a different type (screw). The other type worked much better, except the pre-drilled wood also made up the original screw head type. This was not compatible with the shorter screw I had to use. The rest of the bridge is very solid. I would suggest replacing your drywall fixings with screw fixings and making sure you get one that mounts flush. It would be better to just have the main holes for wall mounting and let customer choose the type of screw needed. Pre-drilled holes are difficult to drill.
