Review on πŸ”₯ HITBOX MIG Welder 110V/220V - Gas/Gasless Welding Machine for MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding - 3 in 1 MIG250 by Rusty Calcara

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Came dented and dangling a few loose screws.

I recently received a damaged item with a dent and lots of loose items rolling around. I tilted the car until all the loose parts fell out. It turned out that 5 screws had come loose behind the metal wall holding the coil of wire. It's kind of scary to manage. Photos are attached. It appears to have been shipped dented as the inner and outer packaging appear new and undamaged. They seem to have responded to my return request but decided to wait for my adapter to test it to see if the machine works. The instructions are as simple and informative as the fortune cookie message. Update: Returned the old broken block for the new machine. It had a small dent on the front which makes me wonder how these things are handled at the factory as the box appears to be in good condition. The new device works very well and is easy to use. I tested the Flux Core variant and the wire feed motor seems to be very reliable. My rating has changed from 1 star to 4 stars depending on cost and different welding options. Excellent purchase. Customer support was very helpful and responsive to help me troubleshoot my first broken device and get the device I wanted. SEE PHOTOS OF TRAILER. The first welds were ugly bunches of grapes, but once I got the car set up I started throwing pennies at my welds. Awesome machine. Recommend that Vulcan Cored Wire is better to use on the machine than Lincoln wire. Lincoln wires are terrible and the machine stops working well with them after a few spools. Here's an adapter I ordered for my 220 amp four prong outlet, a large oven outlet. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw /d/B00I4YX02E?ref=ppx_pt2_mob_b_prod_image
