🔥 HITBOX MIG Welder 110V/220V - Gas/Gasless Welding Machine for MIG, TIG, and ARC Welding - 3 in 1 MIG250 Review

Old school here. This is a moment. TIG and Stick welders despite what some say. This is a good tool for my shop. Don't let the small packaging fool you. No instructions. But you, schoolchildren, will not have any problems with the assembly.

Arrived a little wrinkled and one clasp broken, it would also be nice to have a wire to try out with the design. Most of the issues seem to be related to shipping or at the factory packaging level. I would like to speak directly to the supplier.

An excellent welder once you have found the right settings for the metal you are welding. It takes time to understand the combination of voltage and current. It would be nice to have a little more information on how they interact with each other, to know whether to add more voltage or more current depending on how the weld looks and how the weld sounds. Welding sounds and looks smooth when done right. I wish they had a plasma touch attachment.

What I like. Price, simplicity and ease of use. I haven't received my argon tank yet, so I haven't tried the MIG gun yet. What I don't like is that my voltage and amperage aren't read until I strike the arc or use MIG. Also, it comes without other consumables other than 1 flux roll which is NOT suitable for the machine. But that's 1/2-1/10 of what I would pay for a Mill, Lincoln, or Hobart. Good for initial home installation.

1. Arrived in terrible condition2. Dials and digital display DO NOT work. It only reads 60.2 - 60.4 amps and 00.0 volts. it is inconsistent.4. Internal cable to power switch was disconnected on arrival 5. Item arrived in used/damaged condition6. It is rated for 220v 50 amp and has a 220v 50 amp plug. but comes with a 30 amp power cord.7. The flashlight is 3 meters long. but the ground wire is only 4 feet long and the electrode holder is 5 feet long8. Haven't reached support yet.

Device received with a small dent on the cover. I don't know if it's manufacturing or delivery. Nothing bad and nothing more. The Amazon manual is a joke. The instruction manual that comes with the package isn't much better. There is not even information about the different welding modes. The ones you can see on Amazon images. I opened mine and everything was well packed. I loaded an 11lb spool of cheap Amazon ER70S-6 .030/0.8mm wire, the spool got stuck because it was in the top of the wall. I'm not sure if it was a problem with the wire spool or the spacing of the welder's spool mounts. I hit the plastic spool with a grinder to clean it and get a smooth feed. This welder was purchased to restore several vintage cars. I have owned and used arc and acetylene welders sporadically for many years. MIG is primarily required to weld certain body panels without warping due to excessive heat generated by other welding processes. Later I will use TIG to weld stainless steel railing for my boat. I recently received a damaged item with a dent and lots of loose items rolling around. I tilted the car until all the loose parts fell out. It turned out that 5 screws had come loose behind the metal wall holding the coil of wire. It's kind of scary to manage. Photos are attached.
