The customer service provided by Mina was outstanding - from initial call to after sales support we never felt like our call wasn't being well attended or not taken correctly. The price was competitive, they are flexible in what you require, if there's space available it can be made up for later so don't let being worried about this put your mind off doing business with them! There doesn't seem to have been much issues (if we've missed anything please correct us). I'm sure once in place, everything will run seamlessly but early days yet! As previously mentioned, no major issue - just very friendly people who want the best for their clients which makes any small query feel less important when compared to other online competitors and no pressure either! We now use Mina for all of our web hosting needs. I like how easy it was to sign up for their hosting plan with them having multiple payment options available (credit card/paypal). They also have great customer service! There are many different features offered by missgroup which makes choosing what you need very simple. Also they offer free domain registration so i really don't know why anyone wouldn’t want this feature included in any web host package!!
