First, the insole is GARBAGE! It's very thin so it won't do anything for you. Buy a good insole for these shoes. As a night manager, I walk around my grocery store a lot at night. I'm 100% on concrete. I'm in the freezer too. I unload trailers with electric jacks and moving ramps. Safety shoes are a must for my work. I once ripped off a toenail with a hand jack. After that, I don't wear the usual unsafe shoes. Speaking of slip resistance. I doubt they are non-slip. I don't know, maybe for wet water and concrete, but for frozen storage, I've slipped on my butt several times due to ice buildup. I have problems with my feet so I only wear shoes for about a month. I appreciate that during the hours that I am working the soles of my shoes break and to keep my feet from hurting I just have to change them monthly. YES MONTHLY what do you think I work 50-60 hours a week, that's a lot of hours on concrete. There's nothing worse than wading home after a night's work. I've had wolverines and they don't last long. I've had other $130 boots that lasted 6 months. I've had $70-$95 safety shoes and they all seem to be worn out indicating my feet are sore. For $50 a month I'm happy.
