came quickly and did the right thing. at a good price. Not sure why this is NOT a GMC recall situation? It seems almost everyone who owns a GMC or Chevrolet with this part has had it. Why not 5 out of 5? Well, 1) the wires aren't color coded to match the existing wires, making it a bit difficult to follow the build. 2) the crimp works fine for each wire and is heat shrink wrapped but the second over what I think is ground separates the wire from the port to the actual fan power in the port. Because of this you have to connect both wires together and crimp them inside the butt connector they give you which is too small for both wires. The sleeve of the shrink wrap should be about half an inch longer to accommodate this. so that this doesn't happen again and again, you must also have a plastic tube grommet that protects the wiring harness from being stepped on again. This is a design flaw in placing the harness in a location that is easily kicked and broken.
