My grandson loves his pony but most of all he loves the voice and the song he plays. It has stopped working and I am wondering if I can return this product and get a replacement. My family has changed the batteries but to no avail. He won't sing his song or read her lines. Can you please tell me if I can return this one and get a new one? My 14 month old grandson loves his pony very much but misses singing and talking to ponies. Please consider an exchange for this item. I just bought it in September for his first birthday. Such a disappointment. Please let me know if this can be returned.
