Slightly weak, magnets uneven

REVIEW: My wife had previously ordered another holder from a different brand and we liked it so much that she ordered another one (but by mistake). In comparison to this "everything is fine”. Its magnets are quite strong but don't inspire confidence when holding multiple large knives like in our other holder, both attaching to a metal surface and holding objects. The holder moves too easily because its magnet and the friction at the attachment point are too weak. Since it's not that strong, we only put knives and smaller knives on it. Easier loading helps remain useful despite its shortcomings by keeping those sharp objects up and out of little hands. Also, the magnets are uneven over their entire surface, so knives/objects jump from magnet to magnet along the holder. This may not bother you, but it can be annoying or even unsafe. TIP: Due to the discrete magnet points along the holder (where items jump from one magnet to another) there are also small dead spots between them. Make sure you have a good anchor when setting up items - you can't necessarily hit it with a small knife and hold onto it without a second thought.
