For those who say this wax is awful. looks like user error. Thr's instructions are helpful guidelines, but you'll have to play around with heating/maintaining the right consistency. I've been using this wax for a year and have found that it stays hot when the jar is full, but once you get to 1/3 it cools down pretty quickly and gets too thick. To prevent rapid cooling, I heat the water in a coffee mug. and put the glass in hot water. This keeps it warm and allows me to continue waxing without having to reheat it a million times. It should drip off the spatula, but when you flip it it should stay on the stick. Not watery (too hot) and not too lumpy/thick (too cold). I apply the oil to my gloved hands and to the area before waxing to prevent it from sticking to the skin. I also used coconut oil. Both work fine. Looking at the ingredient list makes me want to try a different, more natural wax, but I'm reluctant to switch products after getting so used to it.
