The customer support is great, I can always get in touch with someone to answer my questions or resolve any issues that may arise during our courses/workshops etc.. There are also many social media platforms where we communicate directly via posts which makes it easy for participants from different parts of Australia as well! Nothing really at this time but if you have never used an online training provider before then there could be some initial teething problems so make sure your expectations aligns fully wtih what they say will happen when registering / using their services - eg- no phone calls unless specifically requested by participant (which happens very rarely).
