First of all, the extra accessories (gloves and microfiber cloth) don't add value to this set in my opinion. The fabric is ok, the gloves are very cheap. There are 2 small suction cups and 1 large (orange). They lock into place when you press the suction cup against the surface you want to stick it to and then move the locking knob down to retract the rubber suction cup, increasing suction and sticking the device to the object. You can now use the handle to pull the puller back and pull on the item it's attached to. The photos in the item description are a bit misleading, I don't think anything other than a professional repair will fix the dents shown in these photos. . If you have a crease in the metal of a dent you *may* improve its appearance by pulling it out a bit, but chances are you won't magically restore it to its original shape with these mugs. I understand they are made that way, but I wish there was a better connection between the black rubber suction cup and the hard plastic case. What happens when you try to pull something is that the black rubber in the middle of the plastic handle stretches a little, so you're sort of stretching the rubber. If rubber and plastic were connected somehow more directly, I think you would have a more positive pull force. I hope this makes sense, it's hard to describe, but you'll get what I mean when you pull one of these for the first time.
