Cannot output 1080p 60fps video

I purchased this TKHIN capture card after purchasing another cheaper capture card from another brand that claimed to output 1080p 60fps video , but failed. Unlike the other capture cards, this TKHIN capture card has been claimed by some reviewers that it can support 1080p 60fps. However, I can confirm: this capture card is NOT capable of outputting 1080p 60fps video. However, it can output 720p 60fps video and 1080p 30fps video. My webcam is set up as follows: A Sony a5100 camera set to output 1080p 60fps video is connected to this capture card via a micro HDMI to standard HDMI cable. The capture card connects to a USB 3.0 port on my computer using the USB cable that came with the capture card. Whatever I do, including using different camera apps (OBS, the built-in Windows camera app and online webcam testers), changing the settings in my camera and the camera apps mentioned above, and using another USB port on my computer, I just couldn't get this capture card to output 1080p 60fps video. I know my camera and mini HDMI to standard HDMI cable are not the main culprit because when I came across this I bought an Elgato HD60 S capture card and I had no problem capturing 1080p 60fps video to my computer - this recording from the TKHIN card is a problem.
