Easy to use, intuitive interface that allows you to easily manage all of your customer data in one place. The ability to export reports is also very useful for those who still like paper copies of their documents. I wish there was more customization options available - too many tabs make it hard to find what's important. Also, some fields are not as customizable as others (ie., Customer Name vs. Company Name). It would be ideal if we could customize which fields were included or excluded when exporting reports. We have been able to streamline our processes by using this software. With only 2 people managing the entire process, it has made life easier! We can now track customers' account information with ease.
