The first came with a broken traction during transport. Revain quickly replaced him. The divertor never closed properly, it always dripped when activated. Lately it didn't close well enough to turn on the shower head. I could put my hand under the spout to increase the pressure on the shower head but that doesn't work now either. You have to pull and press the toggle while covering the spout with your hand for it to activate the shower head. Corrosion has also formed on the top surface of the spout.
