The best part about Majente is the support. Our team is always there to help, and our Salesforce support really takes care of us. We are using this cloud based software to manage our sales team. Salesforce is one of our main tools to help streamline our work flow and keep track of our clients and their progress. It is a great tool, but there are some features we would like to see in the future. At the moment, we need to manually check in our leads and manage them. We need to have a system that will automate this. The software does help with the management of our leads, but we would like to have a more automated way of doing this. This software has really helped us to streamline our processes and keep track of our clients.
