The compressor puts out a lot of air and can pump an airgun up to 3000psi pretty quickly. It took about 12-15 minutes to go from zero to 3000psi in the Walther LG300. Noise is okay but loud enough to require earplugs. The device shakes a lot. The compressor does not require a water tank to operate. When I was preparing the compressor to bleed an airgun, I turned it on and cleaned out the line with the exhaust valve and got quite a bit of oil and dirt. The thing looked like oil and soot mixed together. For a man using an expensive airgun, this was an emergency. I immediately looked at the line and filter and found more dirt. Panic ensued and much cleanup was undertaken. I decided, having just received the compressor, to send it back and not risk ruining a 10 meter air gun that costs a lot of money. I bought a Nomad compressor and added another filter to the line. but this is another story. If your use is unrelated to blowing out air pistols or blowing air into precision equipment or breathing the air that equipment releases then it might be fine, but not for precision tasks or anything where oil and dirt can hurt something . Even filters may not remove large amounts of oil and debris from the air line. AD2
