Lousy product, very low quality.
We have been using this collar for several years now and have never had any complaints. Even if the ticks were removed, they were already dead. But in the last 2 weeks, two ticks have been removed. And not dead, but well sucked. I hope they did not suffer any diseases and everything will be fine with the dog. Very unpleasant. And it's not even about money, now I'm worried about the dog.
