It vibrates very quickly
I have arthritis and sleeping can cause neck/back pain. A large regular massager would be too big for my arthritis. So I used this for my neck pain and it was kind of helpful. It offers different speed and intensity modes, which is good. Back in the "old days" you had to use AA batteries. But now a simple USB connection is used for charging. In my experience, I couldn't talk about "other features"; but judging by the speed/intensity it does a pretty good job.
