My car is dark black and when it's clean it's great and we all know a clean car drives better. If it's dusty or dirty, I'm ashamed that they see me in it and it's just gross. It always feels like it's raining and raining when I wash my car. I heard about the California car cloth from a friend whose dark-colored car is always spotless, and he suggested I try the cloth. Aside from the heavy soiling from the deicers used on the freeway, everything else goes away when I use a rag, and yes. The dirtier my rag gets, the cleaner my car gets. It has reduced car washing to almost nothing except for winter mud.
