Wall Mounted Fitness Resistance Bands At My Home Gym

I used three of these to provide mounting points (high, medium and low) for the resistance bands at my home gym. I was thinking of just using the straps that you attach to the doors but my interior doors are quite fragile and I was afraid of damaging them. This kit allowed me to hook into a wall stud and not worry about them being pulled out of the drywall. I can easily use multiple heavy straps on one hook. I added a large carabiner to each anchor so I can thread the straps faster even with the handles attached. They are very durable and I'm sure they will last me for many years.
