Review on Portier by John May

I like that it's simple to use, easy enough even as an amateur user without being overly complicated or difficult! There are so many other solutions out there in terms of booking software but what sets this one apart is how well they've made themselves available via email/phone support (which can be hard at times when you're trying something new). They have a pretty good community within their forums which helps with troubleshooting things too if needed - not all services come equipped with full customer service teams unfortunately however these guys really do give great attention to detail here. We were looking into different options such as HotelPlanner etc because we did find some products quite complex - especially considering our needs weren't very advanced initially nor was their knowledge base. It seems more focused towards larger companies who need better management tools rather than smaller businesses where simplicity works best sometimes :).
