I use this mug every day!
This mug is very convenient and easy to take with you when you are active on the go. I used to have trouble making sure I was eating enough protein or taking a multivitamin, but it's super convenient to just pop everything into your mug, which has two compartments attached to the bottom where you keep your vitamins or protein powder be able. I mainly use it in protein shakes, but you can also use it pre-workout or with other supplements. This mug isn't flimsy, it's very durable, and not to mention I LOVE THE COLOR! This is my must have product.
