Easy replacement of onboard CFL bulb ballast

One of my onboard CAN lights has started to flicker intermittently. I replaced the lightbulb with a new one, but it's still blinking. Then, on one of the dates, he stopped glowing altogether. I was almost certain that the electronic ballast was defective. I replaced the ballast with this device which was perfect for replacing the bolt and fixed the problem. My ceiling light uses a 26 watt 4 pin CFL bulb, which is what this ballast is designed for. There is no need to go to the attic, the ballast can be replaced from inside the house by removing the front panel and unscrewing and removing the lamp housing. There are videos online how to do it.
