This is a nice and lightweight pair of cycling shoes that are compatible with most types of cleats. They even come with four SPD screws already installed in the inner panel. Note that the inner plate is intentionally left loose to allow you to adjust the cleat position to your liking. The boots have a scale on the side to tighten or loosen the fit. The dial can be lifted to loosen or pushed and rotated to tighten. This is a very convenient and practical system. There is also Velcro at the ends of the laces for additional fit adjustment. These are comfortable and very functional shoes. I usually wear a size 10.5 but here I chose a size 11 and they fit perfectly. These shoes are a good choice for cycling or road riding.
