I like that they have an easy-to use interface, which is very user friendly! They also offer free trial periods so you can test their service before committing yourself fully. The only thing about this product was its ease in using it as well as how simple it allows me access into my survey data once completed. There are no downsides at all really - just make sure your questions matter most if you're looking forward towards taking part in one of these polls or questionnaires. It's great because we get feedback from our target audience through them, allowing us to understand what people think regarding certain products / services etc., thus helping shape future developments within those areas.
