I had this on my bike for about 2 ½ months and I noticed that there was a small hole in it, but it didn't look like critters, it was made by a bug. I kept going to explore more, when I touched the lid the composition of the material changed and even though I touched the barley the material cracked more. Upon further investigation, everything seems to fall apart right on the bike. I could see that maybe there was a similar problem after a long time or that I used it for a different purpose than intended, but I use it as intended and it failed completely. I will not be ordering this product again and probably not from this company as I am very disappointed and upset that they will sell a low quality product like this. my bike isn't cheap and that's the only way to protect it from bad weather these days. and to find that it is not protected at all and can cost me extra to fix the bike at a later date is extremely annoying. hope that was helpful.
