Wish I knew this sooner. I have a 2005 camper that I bought new. The seal starts to (slowly) leak. I also thought I might damage the seal (especially in the spring). After one treatment, it no longer leaks and washes off almost like new. I think if I had known this beforehand, my toilet would still work perfectly. I will never be without this product again. The label says you should treat the seal 4 times a year and one bottle will do, so it's a small price to pay to get your system up and running properly.
