Overall I think this product will help you remove plaque from your teeth and around the gum line. These 3 packs were the best value I could find to use. The best way to get rid of heavy plaque is to mix a batch into a strong mouthwash and use every day. I like to deal in multiple bottles because I didn't think one would be enough. However, based on my personal use, I am skeptical that this type will be as effective as any other brand I have purchased before. Maybe I need to use a higher concentration. I didn't notice any negative effects with daily use. This product is easy to use and has found a place in my daily life.
