I purchased these along with Winware ALXP-1318 Half Size Baking Sheets, Set of 2 (13" x 18" Aluminum) which I bought to replace the broken and rusty cookie sheets that we used. I'm not a professional baker but I used to be a chef and although I'm retired I still cook. It's nice to have the equipment I'm used to working with, but even the layman will quickly see how much these pans and mats are superior to all previous methods. My cookies rose instantly in the pan with no added fat and it saves calories. Even in extreme heat, my pizza slipped off almost as well as a stone, but with no cleaning. So glad I found them and would recommend them to anyone regardless of culinary ability Peter S.
