Review on Westcott 2012 32-Inch Optical White Satin Umbrella with Removable Black Cover - High-Quality Photography Equipment by Jody Hatfield

Economical and does the job

This is a very well made umbrella for the price. The handle is solid metal and painted black so it doesn't have dents or scratches like my other umbrellas. The interior is finished in Satin Silver/White, which offers no color shifts. The black cover comes off easily, although it may take a few minutes on the first try. This umbrella was made for photography, it's not a regular umbrella that has been modified so I'm sure it will last a little longer. I like the 32" size which is perfect for solo portraits and couples, plus it's easier to carry and set up than the 45" or 60" sizes. If you place the light source near the end of the rod, you have 32 inches. Light sufficient for most situations.
