It’s not helping in the way I thought it would.
I was excited to get this and it was great but the bands keep sliding out of place so that extra support isn’t there at all, also I feel like instead of support in the duos are I feel like it’s actually giving me more of a fupa than anything else and it already creasing in the back.I now kinda wish I’d spend my money on another trainer instead of this one. This is more for someone who has a flat stomach abut won’t to smooth things out .
