An awesome analytics solution that offers many useful tools
The most amazing part of this software for me was its integration with Google Analytics, which helped to understand my clients' traffic flows in detail very easily without any hassle at all! I wish they had more features like heat map analysis etc.
It's an excellent tool if you are looking into detailed data about your customers or even their marketing efforts across different platforms. We were able to get insights from our website/mobile app users as well as social media followers using this great platform.
Pros
- It's a great tool that provides accurate insights about users' behavior and their activities across different platforms
Cons
- There are a few things that I would like to see in this software, but I think it's just a matter of time when they will have more features
